Consultant, Research Practice

In a nutshell

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, quant-focused Consultant to join our growing team. If you are a Research Executive or Senior Research Executive, currently working in a market research consultancy, and are hungry to make more of a personal impact in a fast-growing, successful consultancy then we need you.

Your skills & experience

You would have been a Research Executive for 1- 2 years and are ready to step into a Consultant role. You would have been contributing to and conducting a wide range of research projects, demonstrating your outstanding written and verbal skills, excellent attention to detail and time management skills on a daily basis. You are interested in how research applies to business challenges and are keen on using your initiative to grow, develop and learn. Your clients trust you, your team trust you and you will have the respect of your peers. But you want more.

The role

You will play a key part in proactively supporting the team at Yonder. Your specialism will be in quant research but you will have an interest in everything else that we do and offer from consulting and branding to data analytics, qual and design. You will be given responsibility from day one, drafting proposals, questionnaires, reports and delivering presentations. You will attend research debriefs and pitch meetings, allowing you to establish and build relationships with clients and manage research projects and suppliers efficiently. You will work alongside Yonder Data Solutions to test online and telephone surveys and you will play a key role in bringing our data to life through data visualisation. You will have the opportunity to be client facing, whilst supporting the new business process. You will be a mentor to Junior Associates and Associates in the team.

What Yonder can offer you

Yonder has a real buzz as we continue to grow. We reward people who help to drive that growth and the company supports and encourages new ideas which will add value. We offer a competitive salary, 25 days holiday (plus your birthday day off!), a 5% employer pension contribution, life assurance and other benefits like volunteering leave, flexible working and 4pm finishes on Fridays etc.
