Ali will have responsibility for how we attract, develop and retain great talent at Yonder as we grow, whilst ensuring we remain loyal to our culture and company values. Prior to this, Ali built and led the global HR function at Spark44, a joint-venture agency with Jaguar Land Rover.
Ali’s expertise lies across all aspects of the talent lifecycle, from resourcing, to building high performance cultures, employee development, change management and reward. In essence –creating workplaces where people can be themselves and do their best work.
