We’re committed to creating an environment where everyone feels seen, heard and supported. Our DEI Forum meets regularly to drive progress against our five-point action plan, with three dedicated working groups leading the way:

Women in Business

A space for women and allies to connect, share experiences and support one another. Through roundtables, inclusive events, peer mentoring and active allyship, we create opportunities to empower and uplift every voice.

Under-represented Communities

We celebrate the richness of diverse backgrounds, cultures, religions and traditions across Yonder. From supporting colleagues new to the UK, to inclusive training and outreach in local schools, we’re building a workplace – and a wider world – that’s fair, respectful and welcoming to all.

Cognitive Diversity

We recognise and embrace the value of different ways of thinking. By raising awareness of neurodiversity, championing mental wellbeing, and supporting each other, we’re creating space for every individual to thrive.
