Yet when DISYS (Digital Intelligence Systems) and Signature Consultants came together, it signalled a turning point for an industry on the downturn. Because the staffing industry hadn’t been working for businesses nor talent.

Candidates felt like commodities. Clients saw hiring as a short-term fix. Increasingly viewed as rigid, transactional, and outdated, the recruitment sector was badly in need of an upgrade. It was time for a new model – one that treated talent as a long-term asset, not a line item.

We didn’t just create a new business identity, but a strategic proposition that bottled their mindset into something sustainable and long-term. We called this mindset Black-Sky Thinking. Inspired by the world of space exploration, it’s about charting the unchartable – about finding innovative solutions to navigate unknown times.

We built a new visual and verbal identity for the company too, alongside a new name. Dexian evolved from dexterity, precision, and scale. Supported by bold typography and dynamic neons, we’d created a brand built to lead.
