The poll covered the following issues: Who should be Responsible for Housing Planning Decisions (Local or Central Government); Is the Housing Less Affordable than 20 Years Ago; Should Countryside be built on in order to make Housing more Affordable; Where Should new Homes be Built.
Populus interviewed a random sample of 1,010 adults aged 18+ by telephone between 15th February 2006 and 16th February 2006. Interviews were conducted across England and the results have been weighted to be representative of all English adults.
