The poll covered the following issues: Attitudes towards Royal Marriage; Attitudes towards State of the Monarchy; Views on Abdication of Queen.

Populus interviewed a random sample of 502 adults aged 18+ by telephone between 10th February 2005 and 11th February 2005. Interviews were conducted across England and the results have been weighted to be representative of all English adults.
