This poll,part of a regular monthly series for The Times,covered voting intention and perceptions of the main parties.

Populus interviewed a random sample of 1,000 adults by telephone between 13th and 15th April 2012. Interviews were conducted across Great Britain and the results have been weighted to be representative of all British adults.
