Which? Customer Service Survey (Airline Providers)

Yonder conducted an online survey of 4,101 UK adults aged 18+ between 3rd and 15th May 2024. Across the nationally representative survey of 4,101 UK adults and boost sample (a total sample size of 5,017), Yonder captured 1,084 respondents who had contacted an airline in the last year. Data is weighted to be representative of the population of Great Britain.

Targets for quotas and weights are taken from the PAMCO survey, a random probability F2F survey conducted annually with 20,000 adults.
