Congratulations to our 2022 leadership award winners!

Following the successful launch of our leadership awards in 2021, we’re delighted to announce this year’s winners.

The Tiziana Del Bene and the Chris Noyce Future Leader awards celebrate emerging leaders within our business who have demonstrated an active commitment to Yonder, our values and offer, and who set an example to others.

Nominees are put forward by colleagues and the winners are chosen by members of Yonder’s Management Team. To further support their leadership development, winners receive 12 months of one-to-one mentoring with a member of the Board or Leadership Team, as well as a bespoke training programme tailored to hone particular skills or expertise.

The Tiziana Del Bene award showcases our commitment to getting more women into senior leadership roles. It is awarded to an outstanding woman who shows real leadership potential and is widely respected for their work and for their wider contribution to their team.

The award was named in honour of Tiziana Del Bene who, until her untimely death in 2019, was Deputy MD of Populus Data Solutions (now Yonder Data Solutions). Tiziana was a true leader and a great role model to all, leading by example with her professionalism, determination and personality.

Congratulations to Florrie Hodgkinson, one of our Senior Consultants and winner of the Tiziana Del Bene award 2022!

“Florrie is someone that everyone in the business knows, and this is no accident. She throws herself into Yonder – interviewing and running sessions with JAs, volunteering herself for filming, contributing to thought leadership, always making time for a catch-up with colleagues in the office as well as getting the day-job done! She is also a disciplined project manager, supporting the smooth-running of the whole team. Florrie really energises the team around her, she makes meetings more enjoyable, and office days something to look forward to”.

The Chris Noyce Future Leader award recognises emerging leaders in the business who have demonstrated leadership skills through their own achievements and support of others. The award was named in honour of Chris Noyce who was Populus Group’s (now Yonder) Finance Director. Chris died from brain cancer in April 2021 at the age of 37. He also led by example, set high standards for himself and others and generated great loyalty and respect. He was widely liked and admired and is greatly missed. Like this year’s winner, Chris had leadership qualities that far exceeded his experience.

Congratulations to Alexei Hartley, one of our Directors, and winner of the Chris Noyce Future Leader Award award 2022!

“Alexei is an all-round excellent mentor, colleague and client friend. He has grown significantly at Yonder over the time he has been here – moving to a position of leadership across all the clients he works on. Alexei’s style is calm and considered, sharp and directional. Not only does he lead clients with finesse, but he is a go-to mentor and confidante – people are eager to learn from Alexei and want to be managed by him. He has qualities that far exceed his years of experience and this should be celebrated.”

A huge congratulations to Florrie, Alexei and all of our amazing finalists. #BeYonder
