Ben’s experience is rooted in reputation research, focussing on how his clients build trust and stronger business by meeting the expectations of their key audiences. He has worked across a broad range of sectors including professional services, banking, energy and travel, and brings the skills he has learned fulfilling similar roles at previous agencies including Kantar and Ebiquity.
