Chris brings a wealth of experience shaping the future of the branch in retail banking. His work with Metro Bank and HSBC has been focused on the business model and proposition shift for branch led banking. The result has been the development of a set of new branch concepts that have created new sources of value and relevance for customers and created a line of sight to a profitable branch led business model.
Chris has also led large programmes of work shaping new customer engagement models and loyalty strategies for IKEA, Adidas and King Games.
