The poll covered the following issues: Should Blair’s Successor Break from the Policies of the Last Decade; Is Brown as Responsible as Blair for the Labours Unpopular Decisions; Has Brown Improved his Image in the Past Year; Are Labour now as Divided as the Tories were in 1997.
Populus interviewed a random sample of 1,013 adults aged 18+ by telephone between 20th September 2006 and 21st September 2006. Interviews were conducted across England and the results have been weighted to be representative of all English adults.
