The poll covered the following issues: Voting Intention; Prime Ministerial Preference; Party Attributes; Attitudes towards Charles Kennedy; Blair’s Tenure as PM; Attitudes towards Conservatives (Split Sample; Attributed and Un-attributed Statements).

Populus interviewed a random sample of 1,509 adults aged 18+ by telephone between 6th January 2006 and 8th January 2006. Interviews were conducted across England and the results have been weighted to be representative of all English adults.
