The poll covered the following issues: Voting Intention; Leader Index; Favoured PM Candidate; Interest in Current Affairs; Attitudes towards Iraq War; Attitudes towards Political parties; Government Performance.

Populus interviewed a random sample of 1,006 adults aged 18+ by telephone between 6th February 2004 and 8th February 2004. Interviews were conducted across England and the results have been weighted to be representative of all English adults.
