The poll covered the following issues: Voting Intention; Favored PM (Blair, Brown or Howard); Attitudes towards Iraq War; Attitudes toward Public Service Policy Ideas; Attitudes towards Blunkett / Westwood Handling of Soham Inquiry.

Populus interviewed a random sample of 1,002 adults aged 18+ by telephone between 2nd July 2004 and 4th July 2004. Interviews were conducted across England and the results have been weighted to be representative of all English adults.
