The poll covered the following issues: Which Organisations send Confusing Documents; What Causes the Confusion; Which of these Causes are Most Common.

Populus interviewed a random sample of 1,026 adults aged 18+ by telephone between 2nd June 2006 and 4th June 2006. Interviews were conducted across England and the results have been weighted to be representative of all English adults.
