The poll covered the following issues: Voting Intention; Economic Expectations; Party Trust; Attitudes towards Iraq War; Public Services, Experience versus Perception; Attitudes towards US Presidential Election.

Populus interviewed a random sample of 1,007 adults aged 18+ by telephone between 5th March 2004 and 7th March 2004. Interviews were conducted across England and the results have been weighted to be representative of all English adults.
