The poll covered the following issues: Voting Intention; Prediction of General Election Outcome; Preferred General Election Outcome.

Populus interviewed a random sample of 1,030 adults aged 18+ by telephone between 2nd May 2005 and 3rd May 2005. Interviews were conducted across England and the results have been weighted to be representative of all English adults.
