We are incredibly proud to announce that we have achieved Good Business Charter accreditation! This recognition reflects our commitment to ethical business practices and our dedication to making a positive impact on society and the environment.
The Good Business Charter is an independent certification that publicly recognises responsible organisations for responsible business practices. It covers ten key components, including paying the real living wage, fair working hours, employee wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion EDI, and environmental responsibility. Earning this accreditation is an important milestone, that reinforces our the values we uphold at Yonder.

As part of our long-standing commitment to diversity and inclusion, we have partnered with 10,000 Black Interns programme since 2022. This initiative is part of our wider efforts and ongoing dedication to fostering inclusion and creating opportunities. At Yonder, we strive to reflect the society we live in, ensuring every employee feels respected and valued. We believe having a diverse workforce can truly foster innovation, creativity, and empathy, driving our growth even further. The 10,000 Black Interns programme offers paid work placements across various industries, giving young black people in the UK access to professional networks that have historically been difficult for ethnic minorities to enter, driving meaningful change for a better future.
We have also already signed the MRS Climate Pledge and the MRS Inclusion Pledge, reinforcing our long-term commitment to the 10 key components promoted by the Good Business Charter and demonstrating our wider dedication to these values.
Achieving the Good Business Charter accreditation reflects our ongoing efforts to cultivating an inclusive, supportive, and responsible workplace – one that empowers our people, strengthens our partnerships, and helps us all to go further, together.
